Mother's Day Maple Glazed Salmon
This dinner is quick to make, pretty to look at, and (most importantly) deeply delicious. It’s the perfect dish to make to show Mom how special she is to the whole family! The salmon is coated with a sweet and savory sauce made from Chinese hoisin, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard. After cooking for mere minutes under the broiler with some cherry tomatoes, the fish will be golden, tender, and juicy. To go alongside, you’ll make a colorful and nutritious pilaf using red quinoa, sweet corn cut fresh off the cob, and tons of baby spinach.
